We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologise if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole.
- Proof of payment would need to be included.
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for returns or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Item(s) must be sent back to us within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the item. Please fill out our Returns Form and send us pictures of the item.

Our return policy is applicable to items delivered within the UAE only. We are unable to process a return for items shipped to any other destination.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange service. We will simply issue you with a refund if you have paid with either a credit or debit card or COD for your order. You can then reorder another product.
Credit or Debit card Payment
The amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto the card used during purchase. Please note that this can take up to five (5) days to appear in your account.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Service
Refund will be sent to your Little Wren account as store credit which will be valid for 3 months. The value of the item returned will be credited to your Little Wren account within 2-3 working days from when we have received and approved your product return.
